Organic White Tea with Sweet Citrus
We think white tea is one of the wonders of nature. The leaves are only right for picking for just a few weeks every year. To preserve the delicate taste, we don’t roll or ferment the leaves but simply leave them outside to dry. They slowly wither in the sun, trapping in the essence of the mellow white tea flavour. We then add subtle hints of Californian oranges and lemons to add depth and intensity, bringing you the delicate silky flavour of white tea with a gentle hint of citrus.
