Organic Jasmine Blossom Tea
We think there’s something magical, maybe even something almost spiritual, about jasmine tea. Brewed by the Chinese since the Ming dynasty, it takes an expert hand – and palate – to get it right. The jasmine flowers have to be plucked in the heat of the sun, then left outdoors until they open in the cool night air. Only once they ‘pop’ are they ready to be blended with the green tea. It’s worth the wait. As one of nature’s most sweetly scented flowers, jasmine blossom enhances the taste with a totally unique floral flavour.
